Instructions
In a large wok, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Add all the ingredients except broth and cook for about 2 minutes, without stirring.
Stir the mixture and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the broth and cook for about 2-4 more minutes.
Serve hot.
Notes
Avoid shrimp with shells that feel soft or slimy.
