Line a round baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside
Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature o to 350 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
For crust: in a bowl, add the graham cracker crumbs and butter and mix until a crumbly mixture forms.
Place the crust into the prepared baking dish and press to smooth.
After preheating, arrange the baking dish into the Air Fryer Basket.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 4 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the baking dish from Air Fryer and set aside to cool for about 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar and beat until smooth.
Now, place the eggs, one at a time and whisk until the mixture becomes creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Place the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
Again, slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature o to 350 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
After preheating, arrange the baking dish into the Air Fryer Basket.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 15 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the baking dish from Air Fryer and set aside for about 1-2 hours to cool.
Refrigerate to chill for about 3 hours before serving.
