Line a rimmed baking sheet with waxed paper. Set aside.
In a shallow bowl, place the flour.
In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs lightly.
In a third shallow bowl, add the breadcrumbs, garlic powder and cayenne pepper and mix well.
Coat cheese curds with flour, then dip into beaten eggs and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange the coated cheese curd into the prepared baking sheet.
Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 350 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
Lightly spray the curds with cooking spray.
After preheating, arrange the baking sheet into the Air Fryer Basket.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 10 minutes.
After 7 minutes of cooking, flip the curds.
After cooking time is finished, remove the baking sheet from Air Fryer and place the curds onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
