Air Fryer Cheese Curds

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 8 ounces cheese cruds
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions
 

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with waxed paper.  Set aside.
  • In a shallow bowl, place the flour.
  • In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs lightly.
  • In a third shallow bowl, add the breadcrumbs, garlic powder and cayenne pepper and mix well.
  • Coat cheese curds with flour, then dip into beaten eggs and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Arrange the coated cheese curd into the prepared baking sheet.
  • Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 350 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the curds with cooking spray.
  • After preheating, arrange the baking sheet into the Air Fryer Basket.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 10 minutes.
  • After 7 minutes of cooking, flip the curds.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the baking sheet from Air Fryer and place the curds onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
