Air Fryer Chocolate Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup pecans chopped

Instructions
 

  • Grease 9 muffin molds with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder ,and salt and mix well.
  • In another bowl, add the yogurt, oil, egg ,and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
  • Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans.
  • Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 355 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • After preheating, arrange the muffin molds into the Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 10minutes.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the muffin molds from Air Fryer and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Finally, invert the muffins onto wire rack to completely cool before serving.
