Air Fryer Buttered Trout

This simple recipe really brings out the natural goodness of the trout for dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 (6-ounces) trout fillets
  • as required salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.  
  • Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 360 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • Season each trout fillet with salt and black pepper and then coat with the butter.
  • After preheating, arrange the trout fillets into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 10 minutes.
  • While cooking, flip the fillets once halfway through.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the trout fillets from Air Fryer and serve.
