Air Fryer Carrot & Raisin Mug Cake

Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp ground ginger
  • pinch ground cloves
  • pinch ground allspice
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk plus 2 tsp
  • 2 tbsp carrot peeled and grated
  • 3 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tsp unsweetened applesauce

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease a ramekin with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large-sized bowl, blend together the flour, sugar, baking powder, spices and salt.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
  • Place the mixture into the prepared ramekin.
  • Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 350 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • After preheating, arrange the ramekin into the Air Fryer Basket.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 20 minutes.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the ramekin from Air Fryer and place onto a wire rack to cool slightly before serving.
