Lightly grease a ramekin with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large-sized bowl, blend together the flour, sugar, baking powder, spices and salt.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
Place the mixture into the prepared ramekin.
Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 350 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
After preheating, arrange the ramekin into the Air Fryer Basket.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 20 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the ramekin from Air Fryer and place onto a wire rack to cool slightly before serving.
