Preheat your oven to 375 °F.
In a medium bowl, add the flour, baking soda andsalt and with a wire whisk, mix well.
In large bowl, add the butter and sugars andwithan electric mixer, beaton medium speed until creamy and light.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix on lowspeed until well combined.
Slowly add the flour mixture and mix until justcombined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips, caramel bitsandpecans.
With a cookie scooper, place the cookies onto2 ungreased cookie sheets about 2-inch apart.
With the fingers of your hand, flatten eachcookie slightly.
Bake for approximately 9-11minutes or untiltop of cookies becomes golden brown.
Remove the cookie sheets from oven and placeonto a wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes.
Then invert the cookies onto the wire rack tocool before serving.
