Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
Lightlygrease an 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, add the flour, baking powder and salt and with a wire whisk, mixwell.
In another large bowl, add the eggs, sugar, butter and lemon juiceand beat untilwell combined.
Add the flour mixture alternating with milk and mix until just combined..
Fold in the blueberries, walnuts and lemonzest.
Place the mixture into the prepared pan evenly.
Bake for about 60-70 minutes.
Remove the pan of bread from oven and place onto a wire rack for about 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, for glaze: in a small bowl, add sugarand lemon juice and whisk until smooth.
Then invert the bread onto the wire rack and drizzle with glaze.
Let the bread cool completely before serving.
Cut the bread into desired-sized slices and serve.
