  • 16 ounces heavy cream You can store thishomemade crème fraîcheinthe refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • 2 tbsp cultured buttermilk

  • In a non-reactive container, place the heavy cream and buttermilk and mix well.
  • Cover the container and set aside at room temperature for about 12 hours.
  • The crème fraîche is ready touse.
