Preheat your oven to 325 ºF.
In a bowl, add the evaporated milk, eggs, granulatedsugar, vanilla extract and salt and beat until well combined.
Place the mixture evenly into 6 (6-ounce)ramekins evenly.
Arrange the ramekins in a baking dish.
Add hot water in the baking dish, about 1-inch up sides ofthe ramekins.
Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or untilgently set in centers.
Remove the baking dish from oven and let the ramekins coolslightly.
Refrigerate the ramekins for at least 4 hours.
Just before serving, sprinkle the ramekins evenly withpowdered sugar.
Holding a kitchen torch about 4-5-inch from the top,caramelize the sugar for about 2 minutes.
Set aside for 5 minutes before serving.
