Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray You can store leftovers crisp, covered in the refrigerator for up to 3days.
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 pears peeled, cored and cubed
  • 2 apples peeled, cored and cubed
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup ground walnuts
  • ½ cup quick cooking oats
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 ºF.
  • Lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish withcooking spray.
  • For filling: in a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
  • For topping: in another bowl, add all ingredients and mixuntil coarse crumb forms.
  • Place the filling mixture into the prepared baking dishevenly and top with the crumb mixture.
  • Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until top becomesgolden brown.
  • Serve warm.
