Instructions
With a sharp knife, cut off a 2-3 inchesthick slice of watermelon right down the middle.
In a bowl, add yogurt and maple syrup andstir to combine.
With a spatula, spread the yogurt over awatermelon slice in an even layer, leaving about ¼-inch space from the sides.
Arrange berries on top and garnish with mint.
Serve immediately.
