Instructions
In a pan, add the warm powder and gelatin and stir until wellcombined.
Set aside for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a pan, add the coconut milk, pumpkin, sugar,vanilla extract, spices and salt and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the pan of pumpkin mixture from the heat.
In the pan, add the gelatin mixture and beat until wellcombined and smooth.
Transfer the pudding into the serving bowls evenly.
With 1 plastic wrap, cover each bowl and refrigerate until setcompletely.
Notes
Enjoy this pudding with the topping of whipped cream.
