Instructions
Preheat the ovento 350 °F.
Grease a 10-inchskillet with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
In a large bowl,add the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt.
Add the eggs oneat a time, beating well after each addition.
Add the flour andmix until just combined.
Fold in thechocolate chunks.
Place the mixture into the prepared skillet and with the back of a spoon, smooth the top surface.
Bake for about 30-34 minutes or until the center is just set.
Remove the skilletfrom the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
This brownie will be more delightful if served with the topping of ice cream.
