roughly chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Line a large bakingsheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, addflour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix well.
In a large bowl, addsugarsand butter and beat until creamy.
Add in eggs and vanilla extractand beat until smooth.
Add flour, baking soda,baking powder and salt and mixing until just combined.
Fold in white chocolatechunks.
Spoon 1 heapingtablespoon of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet about 2-inch apart.
With your hands, slightly flatten the cookies.
Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place the cookie sheet onto the wire rack tocool for about 5 minutes.
Carefully invert the cookies onto the wire racks to cool completelybefore serving.
Notes
All ingredients should be at the right temperature.
