Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • ½ cup butter
  • cup dark chocolate chopped
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 2 tsp fresh orange rind finely grated
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp self rising flour
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease 4 ramekins with cooking spray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and chocolate and microwave on high heat for about 2 minutes or until melted completely, stirring after every 30 seconds.
  • Remove from microwave and stir the mixture until smooth.
  • Add the sugar and eggs and whisk until frothy.
  • Add the orange rind and juice and mix well.
  • Add the flour and mix until well combined.
  • Divide mixture into the prepared ramekins about ¾ full.
  • Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 355 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • After preheating, arrange the ramekins into the Air Fryer Basket.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 12 minutes.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the ramekins from Air Fryer and set aside to cool completely before serving.
  • Garnish with raspberries and serve.
