A scrumptious chocolaty feast for vegan-friendlypeople… This easy-to-prepare soft fudge is filled with protein and is supertasty too.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 8 Medjool dates pitted and chopped
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

Instructions
 

  • Line a large baking dish with parchmentpaper.
  • In a food processor, add all ingredientsexcept the cacao powder and pulse until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a large bowl andstir in the cacao powder.
  • Transfer the mixture onto the prepared bakingdish evenly and smooth the surface with the back of a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until setcompletely.
  • Cut into desired-sized squares and serve.

Notes

Any kind of nut butter will work in this recipe.
