Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
For crust: in a medium bowl, add flour, butterand sugar and mix until well combined.
Place the mixture into an ungreased 9x13-inchbaking dish and with the back of a spoon, press into the bottom
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, for filling: in a bowl, add sugarand flour and mix well.
Add eggs and beat until well combined.
Add in the lemon juice and beat until smooth.
Place the filling over the baked crust evenly.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Remove the baking dish of bars from oven andset aside to cool completely.
Cut into equal-sized bars and serve.
Notes
Make sure to use freshly squeezed lemon juice.
