A decadent chocolatedessert for the whole family to enjoy… This no-cook pudding is a combo of cashews, dates,almond milk, cacaopowder andmaplesyrup.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted
  • 3-4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl ofboiling-hot water, soak the cashew for about 1 hour.
  • Drain thecashew completely.
  • In a blender,place the drained cashews and remaining ingredients except for strawberries andpulse until creamy and smooth.
  • Transfer the pudding into servingbowls and refrigerate to chill before serving.

Notes

Use fresh Medjool dates.
