Avocado & Banana Mousse

A refreshing and lusciously creamy and thick moussewithout use of any dairy product…Theavocado is the main ingredient that makes this mousse deliciously thick andcreamy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups bananas peeled and chopped
  • 2 ripe avocado peeled,pitted and chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh lime zest grated finely
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest garted finely
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • cup maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all theingredients and pulse until smooth.
  • Transfer the mousse into 4 servingglasses and refrigerate to chill for about 3 hours before serving.

Notes

Make sure to use ripe avocados.
