Maple Mustard Chicken Breasts

A healthy and yummy dinner chicken with tangy and sweetflavors! The combination of this maple syrup and whole grain mustard worksdeliciously well withchicken breasts.

Ingredients
  

  • 4(4-ounce) chicken breasts pounded slightly
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup whole grain mustard
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425 °F.
  • Line a largebaking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl,add the maple syrup, mustard, oil and garlic powder and mix well.
  • Add the chickenbreasts and coat with the mixture evenly.
  • Arrange thechicken breasts onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for about 15minutes.
  • Remove from theoven and set aside for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra color and freshness, finish off the dish with the topping of fresh parsley.
