      Ingredients
        

      • 4(4-ounce) chicken breasts pounded slightly
      • ¼ cup maple syrup
      • ¼ cup whole grain mustard
      • 2 tsp olive oil
      • ½ tsp garlic powder

      Instructions
       

      • Preheat your oven to 425 °F.
      • Line a largebaking sheet with parchment paper.
      • In a large bowl,add the maple syrup, mustard, oil and garlic powder and mix well.
      • Add the chickenbreasts and coat with the mixture evenly.
