skinless, boneless chicken breast
halves

peaches preserves

soy sauce

Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Lightly grease the grill grate with cooking spray.
Season the chicken breast halves with salt and black pepper evenly.
In a bowl, add the peach preserves, olive oil, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, saltand black pepper and mix well.
Reserve for about ½ cup of peach sauce in a bowl.
Place the chicken breast halves onto the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
Flip the chicken breast halves and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
Now,coat the chicken breast halves with remaining peach sauce and cook for about4-5 minutes.
Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavoring, add some fresh herbs to the peach sauce.
