      Ingredients
        

      • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
      • 8(6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
      • as required salt and ground black pepper
      • 2 cups peaches preserves
      • 3 tbsp soy sauce
      • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
      • 1 tbsp garlic chopped finely

      Instructions
       

      • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
      • Lightly grease the grill grate with cooking spray.
      • Season the chicken breast halves with salt and black pepper evenly.
      • In a bowl, add the peach preserves, olive oil, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, saltand black pepper and mix well.
      • Reserve for about ½ cup of peach sauce in a bowl.
      • Place the chicken breast halves onto the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
      • Flip the chicken breast halves and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
      • Now,coat the chicken breast halves with remaining peach sauce and cook for about4-5 minutes.
      • Serve hot.

      Notes

      For extra flavoring, add some fresh herbs to the peach sauce.
