Instructions
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté the onion, garlic and ginger forabout 3-4 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and spices and cook for about 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the chicken and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the peas and water and bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5-8 minutes or until desired doneness.
Stir in the garam masala and remove from heat.
Serve hot.
Notes
You can also use fresh green peas in this recipe.
