Instructions
Melt butter ina large wok over medium-high heat and sauté the onions for about 5-6 minutes.
Now, add inginger and garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
Add thetomatoes and cook for about 2-3 minutes, crushing with the back of the spoon.
Stir in the chicken spices, salt, and black pepper and cook for about 6-8 minutes or untildesired doneness of the chicken.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
Notes
Heavy cream can be substituted with full-fat coconut cream.
