Ingredients
- 3 tbsp unslated butter
- 1 medium yellow onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minces
- 1 tsp freah ginger minced
- 1½ lb chicken breasts cut into ¾-inch chunks
- 2 tomatoes chopped finely
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- as required salt and ground black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter ina large wok over medium-high heat and sauté the onions for about 5-6 minutes.
- Now, add inginger and garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add thetomatoes and cook for about 2-3 minutes, crushing with the back of the spoon.
