      Ingredients
        

      • 3 tbsp unslated butter
      • 1 medium yellow onion chopped
      • 2 cloves garlic minces
      • 1 tsp freah ginger minced
      • 1½ lb chicken breasts cut into ¾-inch chunks
      • 2 tomatoes chopped finely
      • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
      • 1 tsp ground cumin
      • as required salt and ground black pepper
      • 1 cup heavy cream
      • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

      Instructions
       

      • Melt butter ina large wok over medium-high heat and sauté the onions for about 5-6 minutes.
      • Now, add inginger and garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
      • Add thetomatoes and cook for about 2-3 minutes, crushing with the back of the spoon.
      • Stir in the chicken spices, salt, and black pepper and cook for about 6-8 minutes or untildesired doneness of the chicken.
      •  Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.

      Notes

      Heavy cream can be substituted with full-fat coconut cream.
