Instructions
For dressing: in a high-powered blender, addall ingredients and pulse until smooth.
For croutons: in a bowl, add all ingredientsand toss to coat well.
Heat a 10-inch cast-iron wok over medium-highheat and cook the bread cubes for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Remove the wok of bread cubes from the heatand set aside to cool.
In a large salad bowl, add the chicken,lettuce, croutons and dressing and toss to coat well.
Top with cheese and serve.
Notes
For the best result, assemble this chicken Caesar salad just right before it’s served.
