Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
Line baking sheet with a piece of foil andthen grease it with cooking spray.
In a bowl, add the chicken breasts and pestoand toss to coat well.
Place the coated chicken breast halves ontothe prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for about 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top the chicken breasts with cheese.
Bake for approximately 5-7 minutes or untilcheese melts completely.
Serve hot.
Notes
For best result, pour off the top layer of oil from the jar of pesto and give it a good stir before using.
