      Ingredients
        

      • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
      • 4(4-ounce) boneless,skinless chicken breast halves
      • ½ cup basil pesto
      • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

      Instructions
       

      • Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
      • Line baking sheet with a piece of foil andthen grease it with cooking spray.
      • In a bowl, add the chicken breasts and pestoand toss to coat well.
      • Place the coated chicken breast halves ontothe prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
      • Bake for about 35 minutes.
      • Remove from the oven and top the chicken breasts with cheese.
      • Bake for approximately 5-7 minutes or untilcheese melts completely.
      • Serve hot.

      Notes

      For best result, pour off the top layer of oil from the jar of pesto and give it a good stir before using.
