Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, black pepper,sesame oil and vinegar.
Add the chicken and coat with mixture generously and set aside for about 5 minutes.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of coconut oil over medium-high heat andstir fry the chicken for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Transferthe chicken onto a plate.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining oil over medium heat and cook the onionand cabbage for about 4-5 minutes.
Add the chicken, honey and soy sauce and cook for about 5-6 minutes or untildesired doneness.
Serve hot.
Notes
For more flavoring, add in some cooked and crumbled bacon.
