boneless, skinless chicken thighs

quartered artichoke hearts
drained

1(2½-ounce)

sliced black olives
drained

1(15-ounce)

tomato sauce

Italian cheese

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 °F.
Season the chicken thighs with the salt and black pepper evenly.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the chicken thighs forabout 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from heat and arrange the chicken thighs into a 9x13-inch casserole dish in asingle layer.
Top with the artichoke hearts, followed by the olives, tomato sauce and cheese.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until chicken is done completely.
Now,set the oven to broiler.
Broil for about 2-3 minutes.
Serve warm.
Notes
Donot use marinated or pickled artichokes.
