Instructions
Preheat youroven to 500 °F.
Grease a largebaking sheet with cooking spray.
Place theground chicken, flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, chives, garlic, and onion powderin a bowl and with your hands, mix until well combined.
Make 12equal-sized balls from the mixture.
Arrange themeatballs onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for about13 minutes or until the meatballs are done completely.
Meanwhile, add thehot sauce and butter in a large bowl and beat until well combined.
Remove thebaking sheet of meatballs from oven and set aside for about 2-3 minutes.
Add meatballs into the bowl of hot sauce mixture and gently, toss to coat.
Transfer themeatballs onto a platter and drizzle with ranch dressing.
Serve immediately.
Notes
If you want that the meatballs stay juicy, then use 93% lean ground chicken.
