      Ingredients
        

      • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
      • 1 lb ground chicekn
      • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
      • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
      • 1 egg
      • 1 tbsp fresh chives minced
      • ¼ tsp onion powder
      • ¼ cup hot sauce
      • 2 tbsp butter melted
      • ½ cup ranch dressing

      Instructions
       

      • Preheat youroven to 500 °F.
      • Grease a largebaking sheet with cooking spray.
      • Place theground chicken, flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, chives, garlic, and onion powderin a bowl and with your hands, mix until well combined.
      • Make 12equal-sized balls from the mixture.
      • Arrange themeatballs onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
      • Bake for about13 minutes or until the meatballs are done completely.
      • Meanwhile, add thehot sauce and butter in a large bowl and beat until well combined.
      • Remove thebaking sheet of meatballs from oven and set aside for about 2-3 minutes.
      • Add meatballs into the bowl of hot sauce mixture and gently, toss to coat.
      • Transfer themeatballs onto a platter and drizzle with ranch dressing.
      • Serve immediately.

      Notes

      If you want that the meatballs stay juicy, then use 93% lean ground chicken.
