Instructions
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chickenstrips with a little salt for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Add both dried tomatoes, and garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes.
Add the cream and Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
Immediately, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the cheese ismelted, stirring continuously.
Stir in the basil, salt, redpepper flakes, and zucchini noodles and simmer for about 5-8 minutes oruntil desired doneness.
Remove from the heat and serve.
Notes
Look for zucchini that are firm and free of nicks and cuts.
