Instructions
For dressing: in a blender, add all ingredients and pulseuntil smooth.
Transfer the dressing into a bowl and refrigerate beforeserving.
For the salad: in a large salad bowl, add all ingredientsand mix.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate to chill before serving.
Just before serving, drizzle salad with dressing and serve.
Notes
You can use the fresh greens of your choice in this recipe.
