Dijpn mustard

ham slices
chopped roughly

Swiss cheese
shredded and divided

panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 °F.
Grease a cast-ironskillet with olive oil evenly.
Arrange thechicken breasts onto a cutting board.
With a sharpknife, cut a deep pocket lengthwise into each chicken breast without cuttingall the way through.
In a small bowl,mix together the garlic granules, salt and black pepper.
Rub each chickenbreast with salt mixture.
Rub the pocket ofeach breast with mustard.
Now stuff eachpocket with ham and half of Swiss cheese evenly.
Arrange thechicken breasts into the prepared skillet.
Bake for about20-25 minutes or until the chicken is almost cooked through.
Sprinkle the topwith remaining cheese, followed by breadcrumbs.
Bake for about 5minutes.
Serve hot.
Notes
You can use gruyere cheese instead of swiss cheese.
