boneless, skinless chicken breasts
cut into bite-sized pieces

salt and ground black pepper

garlic

zucchinis

fresh lemon juice

fresh lemon zest
finely grated

tbsp
fresh parsley

Instructions
In a large-sized wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heatand stir fry chicken for about 6-8 minutes or until golden brown from allsides.
Transfer the chicken onto a plate.
In the same wok, heat remaining oil over medium heat and sautégarlic for about 1 minute.
Add zucchini and cook for approximately5-6 minutes,
Stir in chicken and cook for approximately 2 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice, zest and parsley and remove from heat.
Serve warm.
Notes
Cut the chicken breasts into uniform-sized pieces.
