Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 ºF.
Lightly grease a large-sized baking dish with cooking spray.
In a medium-sized bowl, blend together all ingredients except for chicken, mushrooms and broccoli.
Arrange chicken into the prepared baking dish and top with mushroom slices.
Place broccoli florets around the chicken evenly.
Pour half of the honey mixture over the chicken and broccoli evenly.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Now,coat the chicken with the remaining sauce and bake for approximately 10minutes.
Serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to add in some fresh herbs of your choice.
