      Ingredients
        

      • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
      • ⅓ cup Dijon mustard
      • ⅓ cup honey
      • 1 tsp dried basil
      • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
      • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
      • as required salt and ground black pepper
      • 4 (5-ounce) chicken breasts cybed
      • 1 cup fresh white mushrooms sliced
      • ½ head broccoli cut into small florets

      Instructions
       

      • Preheat your oven to 350 ºF.
      • Lightly grease a large-sized baking dish with cooking spray.
      • In a medium-sized bowl, blend together all ingredients except for chicken, mushrooms and broccoli.
      • Arrange chicken into the prepared baking dish and top with mushroom slices.
      • Place broccoli florets around the chicken evenly.
      • Pour half of the honey mixture over the chicken and broccoli evenly.
      • Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
      • Now,coat the chicken with the remaining sauce and bake for approximately 10minutes.
      • Serve hot.

      Notes

      Feel free to add in some fresh herbs of your choice.
