peeled, pitted and cut into cubes

4 (10-inch)
whole-wheat tortillas
warmed
Instructions
In a large-sized bowl, add mustard, lime juice, oil and black pepper and beat untilwell combined.
Add chicken, mango, cabbage and cilantro and toss to coatwell.
Arrange the tortillas onto a smoothsurface.
Place chicken mixture over each tortilla, leaving about 1-inch border all around.
Carefully fold the edges of each tortilla over thefilling to roll up.
Cut each roll in half cross-wise and serve.
Notes
You can add a dollop of sour cream to each wrap.
