Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • as required ground black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked chicken meat shredded
  • 1 cup mango peeled, pitted and cut into cubes
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 4 (10-inch) whole-wheat tortillas warmed

Instructions
 

  • In a large-sized bowl, add mustard, lime juice, oil and black pepper and beat untilwell combined.
  • Add chicken, mango, cabbage and cilantro and toss to coatwell.
  • Arrange the tortillas onto a smoothsurface.
  • Place chicken mixture over each tortilla, leaving about 1-inch border all around.
  • Carefully fold the edges of each tortilla over thefilling to roll up.
  • Cut each roll in half cross-wise and serve.

Notes

You can add a dollop of sour cream to each wrap.
