Instructions
In a bowl, add ground chicken, egg, onion, thyme, saltand pepper and mix until well combined.
Make 6equal-sized patties from the mixture.
In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat and cook the patties for about5-6 minutes per side or until done completely.
Place one lettuce leaf over the bottom half of each bun, followed by onepatty and tomato slices.
Cover each with the bun top and serve.
Notes
You can add a topping of your choice to these burgers.
