Yogurt Marinated Chicken Kabobs

One of the best recipes foroutdoor grilling parties… Como of yogurt, butter, lemon juice and spices adds aflavorsome touch to chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • as required Salt and ground blackpepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch chunks
  • Non-stickcooking spray

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, place all the ingredients except for chicken and mix until wellcombined.
  • Add the chicken and coat with yogurt mixture generously.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grease the grill grate with cooking spray.
  • Thread chicken chunks onto pre-soaked wooden skewers.
  • Place the skewers onto the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Make sure to clean the grill grate before preheating.
