boneless, skinless chicken breasts
cut into 1-inch chunks

Non-stickcooking spray
Instructions
In a large bowl, place all the ingredients except for chicken and mix until wellcombined.
Add the chicken and coat with yogurt mixture generously.
Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grease the grill grate with cooking spray.
Thread chicken chunks onto pre-soaked wooden skewers.
Place the skewers onto the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve hot.
Notes
Make sure to clean the grill grate before preheating.
