Instructions
In a large wok, heat oil over mediumheat and sauté the onion for about 4-5 minutes.
Add the eggs, salt and black pepper and cookfor about 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Remove from the heat and immediately, stir inthe cheese.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Use silicone spatula to cook egg scramble.
