What Makes Soft Scrambled Eggs Different From Regular Scrambled Eggs?

Soft scrambled eggs are cooked more slowly and gently, using lower heat and a gentle stirring technique, which results in creamy, custard-like eggs with large curds, as opposed to the smaller, firmer curds of regular scrambled eggs.

What Kind Of Fat Is Best For Cooking Soft Scrambled Eggs?

Butter or ghee is the best fat for cooking soft scrambled eggs, as they add rich flavor and help to keep the eggs moist and tender.

Can I Add Milk To My Soft Scrambled Eggs?

While some recipes call for adding milk or cream to scrambled eggs, this is not necessary for soft scrambled eggs. In fact, adding milk can actually dilute the flavor and texture of the eggs.

How Long Should I Cook Soft Scrambled Eggs?

Soft scrambled eggs should be cooked over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 3-4 minutes, or until they are just set and still slightly runny.

What Are Some Delicious Toppings To Add To Soft Scrambled Eggs?

There are many delicious toppings you can add to soft scrambled eggs, such as fresh herbs (such as chives, parsley, or basil), sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, or crispy bacon. Be creative and experiment with different combinations of flavors and textures!
