fresh lemon juice

Instructions
In a large saucepan, add cranberries, water, cinnamon sticks and cloves over high heat and bring to a boil.
Now adjust the heat to low and simmer, covered for about 15-20 minutes.
Remove the pan from heat.
Strain the tea through a cheesecloth-lined colander.
Return the tea into the pan.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Place the pan over medium-low heat and simmer for about 4-5 minutes or until heated completely.
Serve hot.
Notes
Select firm and plump cranberries that are dark to light red in color.
