      Ingredients
        

      • 4 cups fresh cranberries
      • 12 cups water
      • 2 whole cinnamon sticks
      • 6 whole cloves
      • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
      • ½ cup fresh orange juice
      • ¼ cup honey

      Instructions
       

      • In a large saucepan, add cranberries, water, cinnamon sticks and cloves over high heat and bring to a boil.
      • Now adjust the heat to low and simmer, covered for about 15-20 minutes.
      • Remove the pan from heat.
      • Strain the tea through a cheesecloth-lined colander.
      • Return the tea into the pan.
      • Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
      • Place the pan over medium-low heat and simmer for about 4-5 minutes or until heated completely.
      • Serve hot.

      Notes

      Select firm and plump cranberries that are dark to light red in color.
