Air Fryer Loaded Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp fresh chives
  • as required salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp sour cream
  • 2 cooked bacon slices crumbled
  • 1 scallion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.  
  • Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 390 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 40 minutes.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the potatoes from Air Fryer and place onto a plate.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, butter, chives, salt and black pepper.
  • Cut 1 slit in the center of each potato.
  • Place cheese mixture in the slit of each potato and serve with the topping of sour cream, bacon and scallion.
