Lightly grease 2 ramekins with cooking spray.
Slide the Air Fryer Basket inside and adjust the temperature to 355 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
Divide the bacon pieces into both prepared ramekins.
Crack 1 egg in each ramekin over the bacon.
Pour the milk over eggs and sprinkle with black pepper.
Top with marinara sauce, followed by the Parmesan cheese.
After preheating, arrange the ramekins into the Air Fryer Basket.
Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 8 minutes.
After cooking time is finished, remove the ramekins from Air Fryer and serve.
