Air Fryer Glazed Turkey Breast

Ingredients
  

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 tsp dried thyme crushed
  • ½ tssp dried sage crushed
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • as required salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 (5-pound) boneless turkey breast
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp butter softened

Instructions
 

  • Grease the Air Fryer Basket with cooking spray and then slide inside.  
  • Adjust the temperature of Air Fryer to 350 °F to preheat for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix together the herbs, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat the turkey breast with oil evenly.
  • Now coat the outer side of the turkey breast with herb mixture.
  • After preheating, arrange the turkey breast into the greased Air Fryer Basket in a single layer.
  • Slide the basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 5 minutes.
  • While cooking, flip the turkey breast once after 25 minutes and then after 37 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together the maple syrup, mustard, and butter.
  • After 50 minutes of cooking, coat the turkey breast with glaze evenly.
  • After cooking time is finished, remove the turkey breast from Air Fryer and place onto a cutting board for about 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Cut the turkey breast into desired sized slices and serve.
